Academic Planning, and College and Career Readiness Exploration K-12, are two interrelated components of the college and career readiness puzzle. An intentional focus on these areas helps all students navigate pathways to achieve their desired goals after high school. It especially helps underserved populations find meaning in and scaffold rigorous course taking; set short and long terms goals; and implement plans that make college and career aspirations a reality.
