Using the High School Guide, NOSCA's Eight Components of College and Career Readiness Counseling, participants will learn how to integrate the components into their existing school counseling programs using data elements to assess their schools' performance, guide practice for equitable outcomes and implement interventions that reflect the identified needs of their students systemwide to support school wide goals for raising students' achievement. Participants will hear from school counseling professionals from the field about their experiences implementing the Eight Components in their schools and districts.
